Our story starts back in 2003, we both attended Otero Junior College in LaJunta CO. I played on the softball team and he was on the basketball team. We were great friends in college but never took it beyond a friendship until we ran into each other randomly years later. Fast forward to 2009, I was coaching softball at Metro State and we were at a tournamnet in Colorado Springs and he was there supporting his nephew at a football game. We were able to connect on that day and exchange numbers and have been on the rise ever since. 

Vanessa and I attended Otero Junior College together and was pretty cool, after going to different schools we lost touch. I went overseas to pursue my basketball career and she went on to coach college softball. While home my twin brother said my nephews had a football game in Colorado springs, while in the parking lot I seen a couple of her players so I asked do they have a coach named Vanessa. They stated, "yes" so I asked if they can tell her to come down. They ran back up to the field and said Coach there is a big black guy looking for you in the parking lot. She came down with that big smile and pretty eyes and gave me a hug . I said lets kick it and then the rest was history............
