Will the transportation pick me up from a hotel in Cancun instead of the airport? 

No. Transportation is only to and from the airport in Cancun. If you stay at a hotel in Cancun before heading to Tulum transportation will be an additional fee and I suggest budgeting that in considering a taxi may be a little pricey. 

Do I need a passport?

Yes! You will need a passport, and we suggest getting one as soon as possible, they are taking a LONG time to come in. Seriously-get it ASAP! 

Is Mexico safe? 

While I cannot guarantee your safety, I can say, we will be traveling in groups with trusted transportation directly to a guared resort. I suggest you do your own research but we felt completely safe during our visit to the resort. 

Are children welcome?

Yes, but please consider that most of the festivities planned are geared towards adults and the building/private pool is an adults only area of the resort. With that being said, we want you to make this a vacation of your own! The resort does offer activities for children & even has child care. 

Is there a more affordable Option? 

Yes! We decided to reserve the swim out suites for our guests . (22 lower level suites that share a pool & 22 on the second story as needed.) The suites come at a higher price, which we TOTALLY think it's worth it, but we understand that it's not for everyone. There are cheaper rooms available, just talk with Gale about it. A payment option is  available & we encourage you to call Gale immediately to reserve your room! ($0 down & paid for by October 11th.) 

How many nights do I book? 

Come & stay as long as you like! We have reserved swim out suites for 3 nights. Friday 12/15/23 to Monday 12/18/2023. You can add on to that date but please call Gale ASAP to do so! The bride and groom will be arriving Wednesday 12/13 and leaving Dreams on 12/18. We suggest looking at flights to help you decide, I've noticed Friday-Sunday is the highest flight fare. 

Is there a dress code?

We would like all guests to dress in beige/sand/champagne, sage/emerald green, or rust/terracotta. See the blog for inspiration. Dressy casual, this is a beach wedding. (Don't stress about finding something in these colors- it's just a suggestion!) 

What's included?

Unlimited food & drinks are included in your stay. Transportation to and from the hotel is provided. Any excursions or things outside of the resort will be an additional charge. Bring some cash to tip for superb service!
