Jeremy took Jasmin to the Owl Bar at the Belvedere Hotel in Baltimore on December 23, 2016.  After dinner, he took her on a walk to the Washington monument in Baltimore and proposed under the lights.  it was a beautiful evening and they celebrated at the harbor afterwards:).
