Great, now that that is squared away...

The Bride and Groom will be arriving to Cancun, Mexico on Saturday November 21st and staying through Sunday November 29th. We would LOVE for each of you to be able to spend the whole week with us, but understand if your situation does not permit. As long as you are there for the "BIG DAY" we will be happy and excited to celebrate any amount of time with you possible.

Q. What time does the ceremony start?
A. We are starting at 4:00 p.m.The invitation says 4:30 p.m., but we had to change the time.
If you are staying off site, please plan to arrive at the resort by 3:00 p.m.
because the road to South Seas will be closed from 3:15-5:00 p.m. for a holiday parade.

Q. What should I wear?
A. The invitation says “semi-formal attire,” which means cocktail dresses for the ladies and jackets, preferably, for the gentlemen. We’re expecting gorgeous weather; however, one can never know in advance. Please bring a wrap or jacket in case it gets chilly in the evening, especially since we’ll be near the water.

Q. I’m driving; how far is Captiva Island?
A. Captiva is roughly 1 hour from Ft. Myers (and the airport), 1 1/2 hours from Naples, and 3 1/2 hours from West Palm Beach. Once you reach the island, you’ll be in one lane all the way to South Seas—so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get there if you are traveling the day of!

Q. Where do I park?
A. If you are staying at South Seas and your room is on the North end of the island, you will be within walking distance of the festivities. If you are staying at South Seas and your room is on the South end, a blue trolley will pick you up directly from your hotel room. If you are staying off site, just let the gate attendants know you are a guest of the Passafuime/Tracy wedding, and they will direct you to a parking lot. From there, a trolley will pick you up to take you to King’s Crown Lawn.

Q. Where is the ceremony? Where is the reception?
A. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at King’s Crown Lawn at South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island.

Q. How long is the reception?
A. We have reserved King’s Crown Lawn until 9:30 p.m.

Q. The beef or the fish—which should I choose?
A. South Seas has a wonderful kitchen that prepares meals on site with fresh, local ingredients. Both the beef and the fish are delicious!

Q. Is there a vegetarian or vegan option?
A. Yes. South Seas can provide a seasonal vegetarian or vegan dish for those who request it. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let Michele or Stephen know.

Q. Are there kid’s meals?
A. Yes! Tots can enjoy chicken fingers and french fries. Oh, and cake, too, of course!

Q. Will alcohol be provided?
A. Yes. We will have an open bar. Party on!
